Do you often see interesting content while browsing the Web or looking at a variety of documents without knowing how to save it? Don't worry, let me help you.
Below, let's take a record of what's on the Web page and tell you how to use OneNote 2010 to easily record your notes. Documents can take the same approach.
Copy Paste method:
1. Browse the Web, find what you want to record, and keep the page window in front of you;
2. Press the Win+shift+n shortcut to exhale the OneNote application and select the notes you want to record, or press the Win+n shortcut to call out OneNote to create a new shorthand;
3. Click the Dock to Desktop button in the upper-left corner of the OneNote user interface, or use the shortcut key ctrl+alt+d to make OneNote automatically dock to the right side of the page window;
4. Select the various content that you want to intercept on the Web page, such as text, images, and so on, right-click on the selected content, select Copy, and then paste it in the OneNote notes on the right. If you pop up a dialog box that confirms the link to the record, click OK.
Through the steps above, you will find that when you point to the content pasted from a Web page in OneNote, an IE icon appears on the left, and when you point to it, it floats to show the source URL of the content and the thumbnail of the page, and clicking on it automatically opens the page through the browser, isn't it convenient? Oh.
After you finish recording, you can restore the OneNote window by clicking the Dock to Desktop button in the upper-left corner of OneNote again, or by using the shortcut key ctrl+alt+d.
Screen Capture Method:
If the page you want to record does not allow you to copy the above, try a screenshot.
1. Browse the Web, find the content you want to record, and keep the page window at the front end;
2. Press the Win+shift+n shortcut to exhale the OneNote application and open the notes you want to record, or press the Win+n shortcut to call out OneNote to create a new shorthand;
3. Click on the "Insert" tab and press the "screen clipping" button in the Image feature group.
4. This will automatically go to the front-end page window, and the screen area is covered in white and the mouse pointer changes to a cross. You just hold down the left mouse button, drag the cross pointer to select the area you want to intercept, and then release the left mouse button, the screenshot is complete. The captured image is automatically inserted into the OneNote note you just opened.
