Because the theoretical knowledge of the profession is not mature, how to plan the schedule, how to conduct risk assessment, what to evaluate, and whether the resources are sufficient, etc. It makes sense that both hands should be hard and both hands should be hard.

I also think that it will not take a long time to develop the technology to the management layer. So it should be charged in due time.

I once started to learn the testing theory when I first got started with the testing industry, but I found that I could not learn it, nor could I understand what it meant in the book. Now I think it is a wrong time. As today, I have a lot of experience and can combine the theory into practice to understand it very deeply.
