(1) The computer is not connected to the network.

(2) The directory server selected in the list of directory servers on the call page in the Tools Options window is not open, or your computer cannot be connected to it.

Workaround:

(1) must first connect the computer to the network.

(2) When you do not know the directory server address, do not use the directory server call, but directly with the computer you want to talk to the network (TCP/IP) address direct call.
