Tips for using PPT

I have been working on a PPT recently. I will summarize some tips as follows for reference. How do I add objects to a PPT? A ppt is characterized by adding objects to it. Correct use of some functions provided by PPT can greatly improve work efficiency.

(1) Outline upgrading/downgrading

(3) generate a summary slide

First, go to the slide view, press Ctrl or shift to select the slide that needs to display the title in the summary slide, and then click the [summary slide] button on the left.

(4) font format settings

Question 1: Different fonts are used in both Chinese and English.
Select the text placeholder box and choose format> font> set different fonts for both Chinese and English.

Relatively simple, formatted font-> select upper and lower labels

Problem 3: increase or decrease the font size quickly

Insert images instead of copying images.
The reason is: copying an image will make the PPT bigger.

(9) Draw a flowchart in the PPT

File-> page settings-> portrait, and then select a blank page
Add a basic or custom image.
PS: Use a connector. The advantage is that the connector automatically finds the end point and is not afraid to move.

How to align the image:
Select the image to be aligned-> Drawing toolbar-> alignment or distribution-> horizontal alignment/vertical center

To set the horizontal alignment of an object, follow these steps:
View-> grid and reference line (used for auxiliary comparison, after use, the reference line on the screen is canceled)
If multiple reference lines are used, press Ctrl to copy them.

(10) add an Excel chart

Toolbar-> insert a chart-> modify a chart
Method 2: (prerequisite: the Excel table has been prepared in advance)
Insert-> Object-> Create by file-> browse search-> connect (Select No, which is an embedded object and has nothing to do with the original chart)
Method 3: copy an Excel chart
Copy an Excel chart-> paste it into the PPT (this is also an embedded object)
Method 4: Copy and connect an Excel chart
Copy an Excel chart to a PPT, edit it, and paste the link selectively.

(22)How can I play videos from Tudou on a PPT? ++

The video downloaded from Tudou is in FLV format, and FLV is short for Flash video. The FLV streaming media format is a new video format. PPT does not support it.

However, PPT supports SWF video files. SWF is a special format for flash, an animation design software of Macromedia.
