① find the Edit group in the Start menu bar, and then click the Replace button in the edit group.
② Click the More button in the Edit and Find dialog box that pops up.
③ position the cursor in the box to the right of find what, and then click the Special Format button below.
④ Select paragraph mark in the pop-up page box and repeat the selection two times.
⑤ then position the cursor in the box to the right of "replace with", by inserting a paragraph mark in the above method, you can see that the text box to the right of find content appears as "^p^p", the text box to the right of the replace with is displayed as "^p", and then click the Replace All button to complete.
⑥ The blank lines between documents have been deleted before the replacement, as shown in the figure, if the document has more than one line of blank lines, you can repeat the replacement until all the blank lines are deleted.
