To resolve a method that the Control Panel add removal program cannot open

1. Click on the "Windows" icon in the lower left corner of the desktop and select "Run" option, as shown in the following image:

2, open the Run window, enter the "gpedit.msc" command, as shown in the following figure:

3, into the local Group Policy Editor, expand the left "User Configuration--Administrative Templates-Control Panel-Add or Remove Programs" folder, as shown in the following figure:

4, the right mouse click the "delete Add or Remove Programs" item, choose the "edit" option, as shown in the following figure:

5, in the pop-up interface select the "Enabled" option, and then click the "Apply-OK" button, as shown in the following image:
