2) there are not many employees in many small companies, and there are no new employees, which leads to slow start and directly affects the progress of the entire team. It is better to sharpen the knife first;
3) without the source code of the earliest runable version of the system, it is difficult to learn about the latest versions of the extended functions generated by iteration, there is no way for new employees to quickly understand the entire system architecture and code logic;
4) A team with a class is definitely not harmonious. For example, if you have a question about how tall the boss is on the shelf, you have no brains;

From these experiences, I personally think: it is best to have the source code of the earliest runable version, both new employees with general programming experience and new employees without general programming experience can quickly understand the system by looking at the code.
I think this is the most important thing about a framework that can run the industry logic in a real environment. Of course, other aspects are also very important, otherwise, it is easy for employees to give up and lead to staff loss. Is it easy for HR sisters to recruit individuals? The loss of employees caused by these problems is also a big headache for every team leader.

Therefore, I believe that if a company that wants to be strong can meet relatively good conditions for new employee training, it will certainly be powerful.
