Ubuntu implementation and VirtualBox virtual machine system file sharing (repost, test OK, save easy to use)

Tools/Materials

• ubuntu12.04 (Linux system all can, I just list my)
• VirtualBox, a system-installed virtual machine with enhanced features installed

Method/Step
