Word is widely used as the most commonly used text editing tool in daily learning. There is also a need for document printing naturally. Let's share a few word printing techniques below.
1. Reverse page Order Printing
If you have a document with a lot of pages that needs to be printed, the default settings in Word always print from the first page to the last page, so the entire document is printed with the last page at the top, the first page at the bottom, so we have to manually reverse all the pages back to the side, very troublesome. In fact, before we print, just select reverse print on the tools-> options-> Print tab to print in reverse order from the last page to the first page, so that all the pages are sorted sequentially after printing.
2. Use a different page orientation when printing the same document
If you want to use both vertical and horizontal page orientations in a document, we can first select the contents of the document that needs to be changed, and then select File? gt; Page Setup command, set the page orientation you want in the Paper Type tab in the Page Setup dialog box that pops up, and select selected text in the Apply option bar. Word actually inserts a section break before and after the selection, and only changes the page orientation for the content in this section, which enables you to use a different page orientation in the same document.
3. Avoid printing unnecessary additional information
Sometimes in the printing of a text will somehow print out some additional information, such as annotations, hidden text, field code, and so on. To avoid printing unnecessary additional information, simply do not select the item under "Additional Information for printing documents" in the "Tools"-> options-> print tab before printing.
4. Print a formatted document with a form
You can use forms in Word to create formatted documents such as statistical tables, and other users can fill in the relevant information in a specific place in the document and not change other fields that are not filled in. If you want to print a number of different statistics by using a previously printed blank document with a form (that is, you haven't filled in the fill area), we can select Print form field content only in the tools-> options-> Print tab, so that when you complete the information in the form, The printout will be just the information that is filled in, rather than the entire statistical form document printed.
5. Print to document
If you need to print a document that is edited in Word, and the computer is not equipped with a printer, we can select the "Print to document" option in the Print dialog box and generate a printer file with a suffix named PRN after the filename is entered. Use this printer file on other computers with a printer to print the document even if Word is not installed on that computer.
6. Edit the document under the Print preview interface
We generally preview the final print of the document in the print preview interface by zooming in and out. Instead of turning off print preview, you can edit the document directly in the print preview interface simply by clicking the Magnifier button in the Print Preview toolbar (which makes the button inactive).
