4, now separate to the reflective layer: filter > Blur > Dynamic blur, set angle 90 degrees, 10 pixels away. Now we're done reflecting on the surface of the water. Next, make ripples on the surface.

5, create a new 1000 x 2000px RGB document. Execute: Filter > Noise > Add Noise, and set the maximum number.

6. Next, execute filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, set the radius to 2 pixels.

7, now switch to channel options in the Layers panel. Select the red channel and execute: Filter > Styling > Emboss, set angle 180, height 1, and maximum number.

8, repeat the green channel, the angle set to 90. Now unlock the background layer.

11, the effect after processing, save PSD format files, the largest compatible, this is the ripple layer.

12, back to the original processing file, select the reflective layer, the use of its constituency.

Performs the filter > Distort > Permutation and sets the horizontal expansion to 30 and expands vertically to 60. Also select stretch to fit and repeat edge pixels. OK after the popup selection box, select the ripple file we just made.

13, after the determination, the effect should be similar to the following picture. You may need to go back to your situation and adjust carefully.
