Construction: The rudder is mainly composed of shell, circuit board, non-core motor, gear and position detector. The principle is that the receiver signals to the rudder, through the IC on the circuit board to determine the direction of rotation, and then drive the non-core motor began to turn, through the deceleration gear to transfer power to the swing arm, while the position detector sent back to the signal, determine whether the positioning has been reached. Position detector is actually a variable resistor, when the steering gear rotation resistance value will also change, by detecting the resistance value will know the angle of rotation. The general servo motor is winding the fine copper wire on the three-pole rotor, when the current flows through the coil will produce a magnetic field, and the rotor periphery of the magnet to create repulsion, and thus produce rotational force. According to the principle of physics, the moment of inertia of an object is proportional to its mass, so the greater the mass of the object, the greater the force required to rotate it. Rudder for speed, low power consumption, so the fine copper wire wound into a very thin hollow cylinder, the formation of a very light-weight non-polar hollow rotor, and the magnet placed in the cylinder, which is no core motor.
