Oriental standard Talent Service Co., Ltd. and the Talent Evaluation Institute of South China Normal University jointly published the "Research Report on Psychological Characteristics of IT practitioners in China". According to Professor Zhang Minqiang, a doctoral advisor at the Psychology Application Research Center of South China Normal University, the report classifies IT industry practitioners into four categories based on their job characteristics, responsibilities, and requirements: management, sales, technical support, and R & D are analyzed on the basis of the most advanced international competency model construction method, and the core professional and post qualities of the IT industry are summarized. The results show that the IT industry practitioners should have 12 core professional qualities, sorted by importance, communication, ability, teamwork, learning ability, sense of responsibility, problem solving ability, integrity, initiative, understanding ability, response ability, resistance to frustration and stress, sureness, and overall situation view. However, the core qualities of these occupations vary in the requirements for management, sales, technical support, and R & D positions. For example, for management personnel, communication ability, responsibility, learning ability and teamwork are the most important, while sales personnel are in the areas of communication ability, problem solving ability, initiative and integrity, technical support personnel are most important in terms of learning ability, responsibility, teamwork and communication ability. |
