SDRAM is the abbreviation of "Synchronous dynamic random access memory", meaning "synchronous dynamical random Memory", which is what we call "synchronous memory", which uses 168-line structure.

In theory, SDRAM synchronizes with CPU frequency and shares a clock cycle. SDRAM contains two interleaved storage arrays, while the CPU accesses data from one storage array while the other is ready to read and write data, and the reading efficiency is multiplied by the close switching of two storage arrays. Currently, the latest SDRAM storage speed is up to 5 nanoseconds.
