Doctor's advice refers to medical instructions issued by physicians during medical activities. The doctor's advice content should be written by the physician at the beginning and end. The content of the doctor's advice shall be accurate and clear. Each doctor's advice shall contain only one content and indicate the time of delivery, which shall be accurate to minutes.
The doctor's advice cannot be altered. When cancellation is required, the words "cancel" should be marked in red ink and signed. Generally, physicians are not allowed to give oral medical advice. When an oral doctor is required to rescue critically ill patients, the nurse should repeat it again. After the rescue, the physician shall immediately record the doctor's advice.
Medical orders can be divided into long-term medical orders and temporary medical orders. The long-term medical records include the patient's name, subject, and inpatient medical records (or medical records) page number, start date and time, content of long-term medical orders, end date and time, physician signature, execution time, and executed nurse signature. The temporary medical examination form contains the doctor's advice time, the content of the temporary doctor's advice, the physician's signature, the execution time, and the nurse's signature.
