In the end, they chose to set up a store at the centralized subway exit in the residential area, which allows customers to take food home for the shortest time, and can accurately advertise to the target group.

 

According to the food itself, the three founders added "beautiful" to the basic requirements of fresh food, and all the ingredients were purchased on the same day, the combination of dishes is also summarized over and over again. Each piece of semi-finished food is copied and unified, and the matching of onion, ginger, garlic and other spices is also considerate. In their 80 m² Central Kitchen, there is even an area dedicated to testing appliances such as beaker and balance.
