When TOAD is connected to DB2, SQL1460N is reported.
Tests should be performed between different versions of DB2 over the past few days. DB2 V9.7.4 64bit has been installed before, DB2 V9.7.6 has been installed after the test is uninstalled, the database is created, and the SQL1406N error is reported when the toad connection is used.
In this case, I first check whether my DB2COMM = TCPIP is set and check the result.
C: \> db2set-all | grep DB2COMM
[I] DB2COMM = TCPIP
[G] DB2COMM = TCPIP
No problem
Then, you can view the SVECNAME parameter of dbm.
C: \> db2 get dbm cfg | grep SVC
TCP/IP service name (SVCENAME) = db2c_DB2
SSL Service name (SSL_SVCENAME) =
No problem.
