After more than five years of development, mobile apps that use touch as the basic form of interaction have entered the initial stage. Google Play has already exceeded 1 million applications, and the number of App Store applications has exceeded 0.9 million, with the explosive growth of applications and creativity, the interaction design of excellent applications is becoming homogeneous.
"Why do all apps feel the same ?"
Himanshu Sareen, CEO of lvereon Tech VetureBeat sends such a question, and his answer is that popular applications are learning from each other's elements.

Although these three popular interactive designs are classic, Sareen does not believe that application design and user experience stop here, and there is still room for exploration and development of mobile user interfaces. The reason for Sareen is that there is a lot of space to imagine touch operations and multi-touch operations. On the contrary, in the Palm and WM era, due to the lack of multi-touch operations, revolutionary forms of interaction are poor.
Therefore, Himanshu Sareen believes that the goal of creating a new experience should be in touch operations. He gave an example named Paper, this iOS drawing application has made many different changes in touch interaction: for example, two fingers are introduced to rotate the gesture counterclockwise to replace the traditional "undo" button.
However, Sareen also believes that mobile app innovation is weak due to its special external factors. He summarized the following three factors:
First, the mobile application market has developed too fast. Compared with the development of the desktop market for nearly 30 years, the mobile market is only available for five years. The rapid changes in the industry will prompt developers to be more cautious, therefore, there is little rush to try new designs without market verification.
The second is the guidance of giants. Apple and Google have set up user interface elements and experiences for their respective platforms. Developers only need to select them step by step and do not need to explore them on their own.
The last is the limitation of the mobile phone screen. It is not easy to create a new interaction mode on a small screen, because developers need to consider the information density, interface layout and many other elements.
