Win7 system Word does not open a workaround for sending error reports.

Method One:

1, open My Computer, select the menu bar "Tools-Folder Options";

2, in the Folder Options interface switch to "View" item, in the advanced settings of the column to find and select the "Show hidden files, folders and drives" item, click OK;

3, in the Address bar input "c:documents and Settingsadministratorapplication datamicrosofttemplates", the normal words will be deleted all the documents.

Method Two:

1, in the pop-up "whether in safe mode to start Word", select "Yes", and then create a new blank document, click on "My Template";

2, delete "Blank document", close Word and then reopen it.
