　Operation method

1, access to the computer's "Control Panel homepage" to set up.

2, click "Control Panel Home" to enter, find the "system and Security" Item, and click Enter.

3. Find the "Change user Account Control Settings" under the first "Action Center" in the middle of the page, and click Enter.

4, the rectangular slider down to the bottom of the "never notice", then click the "OK" button to save.

5, click "OK" button, exit. Then restart the computer, and you'll see an icon without a shield.
