Win8 system prompts "your resolution is lower than 1280*960"

Source: Internet
Author: User

Failure phenomenon:

After the computer is installed with Windows 8, the screen resolution settings interface appears "your resolution is lower than 1280*960." Some items may not appear on the screen.

In practice, however, the current resolution is set to the "recommended resolution" of the screen. The graphics driver has also been installed correctly and successfully.

Solution:

Modify the Windows 8 default project display size. Action steps are as follows:

1. Click "Enlarge or shrink text and other items" below the settings screen.

2. Then in the change the size of all items, select smaller (S)-100%, click Apply, log off after the system prompts, and then log on to the desktop.

3. Then open the "screen resolution" settings interface, there is no such message.
