Situation
Recently, a colleague of the computer installed WIN7, connected to a network of shared printers, each restart the WINDOWS7 system or work the next day after the computer to open the printer can not print, view the printer status offline, you need to add a connection before normal use, very inconvenient.
Workaround:
First step: Click the "Start"-"Control Panel" button
The second step: Pop-up Control Panel window, view the way to switch to: category. Click on the "User account and home security" link
Step Three: Pop-up "user account and Home Security" window, click the "Voucher Manager" link
Fourth step: Pop-up "voucher Manager" window, click the "Add Windows Voucher" link
Step Fifth: Enter the network path of the computer (A) of the shared printer (A), the computer login username and password, and click "OK" button.
Finally: After adding the voucher, let's go back to the "Device and printer" Admin interface to see the status of the printer that just added the good voucher. Click the "Start"-"devices and Printers" button to view the status of the printer, ready to print the document.
