Down Arrow replacement and printing:
To print the down arrow in word, you only need to press the SHIFT + enter key combination at the same time (the normal line break is to press the Enter key ).
If the copied content on the Internet contains a downward arrow line break, if you want to delete it or replace it with other symbols, see the following:
1. Press Ctrl + H to open the "Search for replacement" dialog box, and then click "advanced options (in office2003)" or "More (in office2007 )";
2. Note that there is a "special format" at the bottom of the dialog box. Enter "^ L" (L is a lowercase letter "L") in it ");
3. Click "find next" and you will find that the cursor moves back and forth between the downward arrow and line breaks;
4. OK.
Remove extra blank lines:
Same as above. Enter "^ P" in "special format" to start replacement.
[Note] A "^ P" represents a line break.
