Graphs and tables
- First in the document you want to apply "multilevel list" on the Start-paragraph tab. Select the appropriate list style and sort the chapter headings in the list.
- Place the cursor where you want to sort the diagram/table, reference-Insert caption, and select include chapter number in the settings.
- In places where you need to refer to a diagram or table, insert a cross-reference, select a diagram, a table from the drop-down menu, and select "Only symbols and tags" in the reference content.
Formula sort
- After you install Office and then install MathType, you can see the MathType tab in Word.
- In the paragraph of the formula, select "Inline" (shortcut key, ctrl+alt+q).
- To sort the formula, select "Right number", mathtype-on the Insert Formula tab.
- If the formula is sorted by chapter, at the end of each chapter, insert MathType Zhang Fu: mathtype-Chapter & section on the Formula Numbering tab.
Page
Where page numbers need to be reordered, such as between the summary and the body, insert a section break after the summary: page layout-page Setup tab, separator, select "Next Page"
