Word2007 There are many features that require us to learn, such as accepting or rejecting changes and deleting annotations, but how do we do that? Let's take a look. When we use Word2007, someone must review and accept or reject the revision when there is a revision. Reviewers can process one or both of the revisions at a time, and can read the comments and then delete them.

To eliminate the tag, use the Accept or Deny button in the change group on the Review tab, or right-click in the Word document to accept or reject the changes and delete the annotations. You can try both of these methods in the practice session.
When you accept or reject changes and delete annotations, the markup that indicates changes and comments is removed from the document. When you save a document, the accepted changes become part of the document.
1. Use the Accept button to accept one change at a time or accept it sequentially, or accept all changes at the same time.
2. Use the Deny button to reject one change at a time or reject it in order, or reject all changes at the same time.
3. Use the "Previous" button to review each item at the beginning of the document.
4. Use the Next button to review each item at the end of the document.
