How the WPS table beautify the chart
In the process of making a chart, the user often adjusts the size of the chart, so that the size of the text such as title, coordinate or data mark is inconsistent, which affects the beauty of the chart. As shown in Figure 1.
When the user adjusts the text formatting in the image above, if the individual flags are adjusted separately, the user will need to do multiple repetitions, and the following steps are followed to unify the text of the coordinates, data and logo.
Step 1 Right-click the chart area outside the chart and select chart area format from the shortcut menu that pops up.
Step 2 Select the Font tab in the Chart Area Format dialog box, as shown in Figure 2.
Once the adjustment is complete, the user can also adjust the other properties of the chart area, such as fill color, to make the chart more visible, and then click the OK button to take the setting into effect. The final adjustment results are shown in Figure 3:
Many times, with the gradual improvement of the analysis report, users will add or delete some of the original data, especially after adding data to the chart, the data sequence is automatically added in order to display.
What if the user wants to adjust the sequence display order? In previous releases, the WPS table does not allow for a realignment, the user can only delete part of the sequence, and then again in order to add, the operation is more cumbersome.
In a new version of the WPS table, the WPS table adds the ability to adjust the sequence of sequences. As in the chart shown in Figure 4, the user wants to adjust the "version 751" data sequence to the "1054" data sequence (to move the 4th sequence to the 1th 2nd sequence), as follows:
Step 1 Right-click any sequence in the Chart column and select the chart Sequence Format menu item in the pop-up shortcut menu;
Step 2 Select the Series Order tab in the dialog box, as shown in Figure 5.
Step 3 Click on the "Move Up" button, the "series 751" "" Up to the "series" Version 682 "", click the "OK" button to save the settings.
This allows the user to define the order in which the data sequence is displayed, and the resulting adjusted results are shown in Figure 6.
