Are you still worried about typing "yes" or "no" on the keyboard for making a table? Are you still fretting about typing employee names repeatedly in the departmental employee management form? Don't worry, Wpsoffice. The data validation feature of the table will help you solve this problem.
First, select a certain number of tables in a vertical row, click the data in the menu bar, and choose the validity in the Drop-down box, as shown in Figure 1.

A data validation panel will pop up, and in the Allow Drop-down box, select the Sequence option.
Figure 2: Select the sequence in the data validation to have a filled out source box below the data, as shown in Figure 3 below. Next we have to do is, in the source this can fill in the box to fill in the name of the employee, the employee names in English punctuation in the comma separated, please note that the English alphabet must be punctuation, see figure 4.

After the loss of the employee name, finally click OK. Then go back to the form we need to fill out, the left mouse button click on the need to fill in the name of the cell, the right side of the cell will appear a drop-down arrow, click the Drop-down arrow, all the employee name immediately presented below for you to choose from (Figure 5). So our form dropdown box is finished.
