　Start using

After activating the trial permission, you can experience the Enterprise Edition by logging into the Youdao cloud collaboration directly with your existing account.

You can create an organization for your company or team by clicking Create/join in the upper-left corner of the collaboration and selecting Create organization from the menu. You are the person who created the organization.

Add them to your organization by searching the collaboration IDs of your team members. The organization is automatically displayed in their collaboration interface.

You can view and manage groups within your organization, organize members, and organize settings by clicking the Organize column.

You and members of your team can create groups. All groups within the organization you can see, and can go directly to the group to view materials and discussions. If you want to manage within a group, you can join the group.

You can view all members in the Organization Members tab. Depending on your needs, you can set up some people as administrators of your organization. In addition to being able to appoint other people as administrators, administrators can have a variety of administrative rights as you do.

We provide you with 1T of organization space. Each build of an internal group will default to the organization's 5G space. When the 5G initial capacity of the group is nearly exhausted, it automatically expands from the remaining space in the organization.

The internal group does not conflict with each individual member's group, and it is automatically displayed separately.

At the end of the trial period, all members of the organization can only read the information, no further edits or additions, and no further discussion. You can contact us to purchase as needed to continue using.

If you do not want to continue to use after the trial period, you can choose to dissolve the organization, but please back up all your data in advance to avoid loss.

Currently, the Enterprise Edition does not support users exiting their organization. However, during the trial process, users can opt out of the organization to enhance trial flexibility.
