Among them, NEC Personal Products Co., Ltd. is a new company that splits the PC business from NEC individual product Limited. It is understood that the new group will retain Lenovo and NEC brand, both products will still be sold through their respective channels.  By fusing the strengths of two companies, such as NEC's experience in Japan, Lenovo and NEC will strengthen their product development systems to provide high quality and high-performance products. After the deal is completed, NEC Lenovo Japan will occupy about 25% per cent of the Japanese PC market and become Japan's largest PC computer company, according to the daily economic news reporter.  Lenovo will pay NEC1.75 billion by issuing 28.11 million shares of ordinary shares, and about 1200 NEC employees will also be transferred to a new joint venture. Earlier, Lenovo Group CEO Yang said in an interview: "5 years later, Lenovo will conditionally to the maximum of 275 million U.S. dollars to buy the other 49% of NEC Holdings, so as to complete the NECPC business acquisition." ”
