Locdemo 1.0-1 release Libwlocate demo software

Locdemo is a software that demonstrates libwlocate. After the program is started, it is able to evaluate the user's current location and display it on the map. The program provides geographic localization without the use of GPs and submission tracking or data location to the provider.

Locdemo 1.0-1 This version has some minor bug fixes and code cleanup. Reduced Linux libwlocate variables. The Android variable extends to support the GPS location (optional), with all geolocation features encapsulated in an Easy-to-use library.
