Microsoft has recently shown its newest two "Computers" with Windows 10, one of which looks like the image below.
Eh, how is the power plug? Is there really no wrong map?!
This is indeed Microsoft's new product--quanta Compute Plug. Long and plug is no different, but it is a do not give up the mini computer, in the words of Microsoft, the inside is really "computer hardware built-in." However, Microsoft did not disclose its detailed configuration, only that it has "on" and "Off" buttons, and two USB 3.0 connectors.
Microsoft said that this is actually a mini PC and plug two in one product, can plug into any socket, and the television connection, the TV into a smart computer. It can be through Bluetooth remote control or helmet, mainly through the Cortana (Microsoft Voice assistant Natalie) to achieve the control of its people.
Another mini computer, called Foxconn Kangaroo, is also a portable computer with Intel's newest Cherry Trail processor, the battery lasts six hours, and a fingerprint reader to support Windows Hello Service. Like Quanta Compute plug, it can turn a TV or other LCD screen into a Windows 10 computer, and it can also be used as a set-top box to play streaming video.
What does the product look like?
In fact, Microsoft is not the first person to make a computer such a black box. At CES, Intel has also shown a similar product, Intel Compute Stick, a computer-and-HDMI adapter, which is almost the size of an ordinary TV bar that can be connected by a TV or monitor's HDMI interface to turn a regular TV into a computer.
It has 2GB of RAM and 32GB storage controls, which are equipped with Microsoft's Windows 8.1 system. And this "computer bat" (so to be sure), only needs 149 dollars.
However, for Microsoft and Intel, they don't really care what the PC looks like, now a variety of variants of the current, two-in-one, even as mentioned above the computer rods, power plugs, as long as the Windows/intel Inside, for them there is no difference. And after Microsoft launches Windows 10, which wants to unified each platform, perhaps the number and shape of these mini computers will increase.
