Content:

A university for the further advancement paperless examination, wants to develop an examination system. The system administrator can create a professional orientation, course number, instructor and other relevant test basic information. The teacher and the examinee carry on the examination related work. The main functions of the system related to examinations are as follows:

(1) Test setup: The teacher formulates the test questions (questions and answers), sets the examination information such as exam description, test time and reminder time, and enters the student information of the examination, and stores it separately.

(2) Display and receive answers. According to the test information set by the teacher, show the exam instructions and questions to the students during the effective time, remind them according to the set reminder time and receive the answer from the students.

(3) Processing solutions. The answers are processed according to the answer data received, and the results are stored.

(4) Generate a more outstanding result. Generate individual student performance reports for students to view according to the results of the answers.

(5) Generate transcripts. The result of the solution is accounted for by the teacher to view the results sheet.

(6) Send notification. Create notification data and send notifications to students based on score report data, create notification data and send notifications to teachers based on transcript data.

Relevant stakeholders:

2. System administrator: Maintain system stability, create test basic information.

3. Teacher: Issue test Questions, award questions, results release, online answers

4. Students: Receive test paper information, answer questions, check the results.

5. Computer room Administrator: Use of the computer room, maintenance of the normal use of the room.

Benefits:

1. The Office of Academic Affairs is more convenient to publish information, saving 80% of time than the original.

2. Be able to transfer student information from the school student system to create the basic information of the test.

3. The original need to distribute paper papers, after the development of the examination system, no longer need to distribute paper papers to students, and marking can be carried out on the Internet;
