First, installation

Before installing, be aware that the previous version of Django 1.6 does not support Python versions above 3.x.

Django 2.x supports Python 3.6

Installation method: Open cmd-"Enter pip install--pre Django

Verify that the installation is successful you can enter the import Django in Pycharm or idle to see if you can import the Django library, and if so, install successfully.

Second, use

1.Django Create a Web project just under DOS enter the path where you want to create the project and enter the following command:

django-admin.py Startproject [Your_project_name]

2.Django Create App project also under DOS go to the path where you want to create the project and enter the following command:

django-admin.py Startapp [Your_app_name]

Then the use of Pycharm to open the project for follow-up development work.
