An agile game development process poster that took two weeks to complete.
The overall idea is to use the scrum agile method for management during game R & D. It can also be used for reference when other large teams/long-period projects or general teams implement scrum.
At the top of the page, the title corresponds to the various scrum activities. On the left side, the concept-activity-practice-culture-objective is used to interpret the essence of each activity. If you want to read the text from the beginning to the end, read the link arrows in the middle of each text box one by one.
The big charts in the middle and lower layers are similar to common scrum charts. However, because the game team is often a large team, there must be a scrum of scrums, so a group-integration process is generated in the middle.
Long-cycle development of the three text boxes in the bottom right corner ...... And so on (that is, follow the arrow to the bottom three boxes) to describe the scrum process of the team leader cycle project. This is very common in game R & D.
The following is an intuitive example to explain the appearance of various "work products" produced by scrum.
