First, in addition to comparing your hard drive or the files on your network, you can specify files from a remote service, comparing the contents of an internal archive file or a Web page.
Second, you can also compare the text saved on the clipboard, click the Inverted triangle button to the right of the "Open file" icon, and then expand the menu to include: Open the file on the file system, open the file using the profile, open the Clipboard, and open the file selection mode. Also, click the File button on the toolbar and select the Open clipboard option on the expanded menu.
Beyond Compare Text Comparison session Two Editor pane view shows contrast files, different text colors emphasize the differences between files. By default, color schemes use red to mark important differences, you can perform actions such as inserting, deleting, and modifying, and Blue is an unimportant difference, where text comparison rules can be set through session settings and file formats.
The Text Comparison Editor pane shows that the background is also colored and can help you to find the difference better. A red background represents an important difference, while a light blue indicates an unimportant difference. The red background takes precedence over light blue, and even if they are scrolling horizontally, it is easy to find the difference.
You can adjust your custom background colors to suit your preferences, click the Tools button, select the Options tab in the expanded menu, switch to the colors, fonts directory, File View page, and find the comparison color settings, customize the text comparison window text and background display color, click the Apply button to complete the setup.
An optional thumbnail is displayed on the left edge of the Editor pane, which represents the color of each row comparison, one pixel high, and the difference between the whole pattern can be seen at a glance. The white rectangle represents the current view, and the small triangle represents the current row, and clicking on the thumbnail row can control the position of the editor view row.
