Blog system-building the blog homepage and building the blog homepage

1. Idea: The bootStrap raster layout is fully used when building the blog homepage. There are three lines in total.

1.1: The first line contains the blog icon on the left and the weather forecast on the right.

1.2: the middle line is the main content, 10 blog messages are placed on the left, and the bloggers, logs, and links are displayed on the right.

1.3: the bottom line is the row with the copyright information
