Change the Disk File System (converted from FAT32 to NTFS) and fat32ntfs in Windows.
The hard disk has dozens of GB space left, but the following message is displayed when copying a 4G file:
Unable to copy **: there is not enough available disk space.
Delete some files to release disk space and try again.
To delete old and unnecessary files on a disk to release disk space, click "disk arrangement ".
Neither "disk fragmentation" nor "Disk Bad Track modification" can solve this problem. After query, it is found that the original disk FAT32 does not support copying 4g or more files, and must be converted to NTFS format.
Solution:
1. "Start" = "" Run "input" Convert J:/FS: NTFS/V "(the name of the disk partition to be converted is J)
2. Open the command console with "the file system type is FAT32. Enter the prompt message of drive J: current volume label.
3. Enter "DATA" (my J drive name is "DATA") and press Enter.
4. After the command is completed, the console is automatically closed.
