5. Follow up software development and exchange with a written and approved development plan. It is difficult to do this well. What is feasible is the milestone tracking of Guan Jian. Assess the completion status on a regular basis.
6. Any changes made during the sub-contract completion must be addressed in a documented procedure.
7. Regular technical review and exchange with sub-contractors should be conducted.
8. According to documented procedures, the main contractor shall monitor the activities of the Software Quality Assurance Group of the software sub-contractor and the activities of the Software Configuration Management Group.
9. In accordance with documented procedures, the Contractor shall conduct product acceptance tests as part of the product handover procedures for software subcontracts.
