1 , iphone open personal hotspot

Turn on Bluetooth in the iphone, then go to "personal hotspot" and turn on the switch, if you are prompted for the Hotspot launch mode, select Bluetooth, and then stay on the "personal hotspot" screen and do not lock the screen.

2 , set up on a PC with Bluetooth

In the lower right corner of the Windows 10 taskbar, click the "Notifications" button, then click "All Settings" (all settings) to open the system settings as shown:

In the Settings screen, click "Device", "Bluetooth", Bluetooth and iphone pairing, the iphone and the computer are "OK" pairing, the computer will show connected after successful pairing.
