Core BMP library of image processing base layer library and JPG format plug-in

My image processing library is divided into three layers: the basic layer ldib, the extension layer ldibex, and the professional layer ldibpro. Most of the professional libraries are in textbooks and I have organized most of them with no technical skills. This is just the idea of this site-reducing the workload and difficulty of new users of images.

This release is the core lcidb. dll of all databases. It is mainly used to provide a unified standard interface-dib for all databases and contains interfaces for conversion from other formats. At present, the main implementation is: to obtain image information, display images and other non-modified operations.

The format plug-in released this time is jpg and only relies on the above core library. Main function: Read and convert a JPG file to the BMP format, or convert the BMP format to the JPG format. Simple functions.
