Because under Windows Vista and Windows 7. The Recycle Bin address is no longer X:\Recycled, but x: $RECYCLE. Bin as pictured.

The other two hidden folders are the shadow Restore feature that Windows has with itself. Ignoring it, the special folder we're going to build is placed in X: $RECYCLE. Bin under. Do not put to x: $RECYCLE. Bin under the "Recycle Bin", otherwise. When you empty the Recycle Bin, the saved files are gone.
