Deploy a virtual domain controller (VDC)

Achieve VDC deployment requirements:
1. Physical machine. The virtual machine operating system is server2012,
2. The forest function level must be 2003 pure mode or above,
3. When the VDC is deployed, the PDC, DC, and GC must be online and the value is 2012 or 2012r2.
