Adding a network shared printer is an available printer in our network. Therefore, we may perform the following operations if hardware conditions permit.
1. Press "Windows logo key + R" to bring up the "run" function and enter the address of the shared network printer.
2. Press enter and enter the shared network address, including the shared network printer.
3. Find the printer you want to set. Right-click the printer and Click Connect in the pop-up menu ]. The driver is automatically installed on your computer.
4. After the driver is installed, click start on the computer and select Devices and Printers as follows.
5. If multiple devices have crashed, right-click and choose set as default printer.
