I used to draw only a circle, which has no technical content. Today I learned a little bit harder and drew a gear. The graph has a circle. The following describes how to draw it out.
One. Open PS to prepare a canvas, draw a rectangle and fill the color.
Two. Edit the free transform (ctrl+t), then press and hold Ctrl+shift+alt, and click on the upper right corner with your mouse to drag to the trapezoid.
Three. Layer copy one (drag the layer you want to copy onto the new Layer icon and let go) and select the free transform again. And move the pivot point to the center of the gear. Because the trapezoidal teeth on the gears are on the circumference. Drag the mouse to remove a certain angle (this angle can be divisible by 360, the circle is perfect) This will draw the second "tooth".
Four. Repeat the third step can draw out all the teeth, because the number of repetitions too much is tired, so be sure to use a quick method. For the third step, once again (shift+ctrl+t), edit-and-transform, this menu repeats the action. Just press down, It was found that the gears were not repeatedly drawn, because the layers were not duplicated. You just need to hold the ALT key again and then press the ALT key to copy. Sum up, press is ctrl+shift+alt+t
Five. The gears have been painted. There are many more layers on the layers panel, so you can merge the layer so that the entire gear is on one layer. Here is a detail, you can actually do not have so many layers, can be completed in the third step, the selection of the selected ladder, and then press Ctrl+shift+alt+t , the result can also draw a gear, but it is drawn on the current layer. The reason is that the current operation takes precedence over the selection on the layer. But, the video says. When you add pixels to a picture or modify a delete, you must first copy a layer, otherwise if you change the wrong, you only redo.
Six. How do I select a number of layers to merge? Switch to the Move tool, then hold down the CTRL key and drag the selection, as long as it is selected, and the layer is selected. Another way is to choose the Layers panel, this is less convenient.
