Dual hard drive and dual system, optical drive disk upgrade win10 considerations
Dual-hard drive and dual-system, optical drive disk upgradeWin10Notes
Of course, the two hard drive systems are Windows 7, but the drive-by hard drive systems were originally built when I bought a notebook. The Windows 7 is Sony's own genuine system, and I plan to use it to upgrade win10; because of work needs, I have installed a larger hard disk in the primary hard disk location, working with the win7 system.
After receiving the win10 update push package yesterday, I was afraid to update it without thinking about it, because I am still wondering if I will lose my work system on the primary hard disk !? This is because you need to restart the disk several times during the upgrade process, but the hard disk cannot be restarted with a light drive !!! However, the hard drive I used for upgrading is on the drive-by hard drive! If the system restarts, the upgrade becomes invalid, and neither of the two systems can be started, I will be bored!
Two hours later, after the system is installed, the system can be correctly upgraded to win10 after restart. It seems that I think too much. In addition, I found that win10 automatically generates a dual-system boot menu that looks tall! Both systems can be used normally! Awesome!
To sum up, two hard disks, one in the original hard disk location, use the Working win7 system, and the other in the optical drive location, are used to upgrade win10. It can be upgraded normally, and the dual-system boot menu will be automatically generated (at least, I don't know if there will be a different situation ).
Only this memo.
