1. Run the following command to install SSH in Ubuntu:

Sudo apt-Get Install SSH OpenSSH-Server

2. view the Ubuntu IP address in the VM. The command is as follows:

Ifconfig

This is the IP address of my ubuntu.

3. install FTP in Windows

This is after my connection is successful. Where,

1. HOST: enter your Ubuntu IP address (My address is 192.168.80.130)
2. User name: your user name In ubuntu (AMA)
3. Password: Your User Password (I won't tell you)
4. Port: The default value is 22 In ubuntu (I will not display it after the connection is successful)

Click "quick connection. The figure shows the local site files (files in your hard disk) and remote site files (Ubuntu files in the virtual machine ).
