The drive can be installed normally under Windows 7. My t400 is still using the 1.7.0.1029 driver provided by Lenovo. I do not know what the difference is from the latest 1.8.0.1018, but it can make the flash drive normally recognized under Windows 7. After the installation, the Enable Windows readyboost check box is unavailable.
The solution is simple. Right-click on the computer, choose manage, and go to disk management. First, select Delete partition, create a new partition, format it, and assign a drive letter, then I will have an extra drive letter in my computer, and then select the attribute to enable the readyboost of the disk. It is best to select the entire drive for acceleration. In this case, go to the intel Turbo memory console to find that Windows readyboost is enabled.
If the computer shows a fully occupied disk, you can delete it from disk management.
