Fix Windows cannot load MTP device

Enter the C:\Windows\System32 directory
Search Wpdmtp.inf This file, you should be searching out two Wpdmtp.inf
Directly right-click the first wpdmtp.inf this file, select Install
If the prompt installation succeeds, the Representative has successfully repaired, and MTP is normal again.
If the service installation paragraph in the prompt INF is invalid, select the second wpdmtp.inf to continue with the right-click installation
You should now be prompted for installation success, and MTP is normal again.

Guess why
One of the wpdmtp.inf is unsigned, so it cannot be installed
Another wpdmtp.inf is signed, so it's normal.
Unable to install because first search is not signed
But it won't automatically search for another signature, so it will fail.
