After you set up your site in IIS, you can access the site on the local machine. However, if you use a machine in the LAN to access the address of my site, it cannot be displayed and cannot be connected.

At that time, I thought it should be a problem with the firewall settings. It is certainly possible to turn off the firewall, but I think it should be possible to allow access to IIS through the firewall settings.

Solution:

Open Control Panel-Windows Firewall-Advanced Settings-Inbound rules-brachcache Content Retrieval (http-in)
