In the Corel Company's many products, the famous CorelDRAW in the vector map World Invincible, Photo-paint straight after Photoshop, and Corel R.a.v.e also in the animation production of a cup of soup, and some other tools are not so famous, But there is a real ability. such as Coreltrace, is a good tool to convert vector graphics, not only convenient, but also the effect is very good. Corel texture is the expert in generating textures. If you're constantly worrying about textures, you shouldn't have missed the tool.
Corel Texture is a stand-alone program that is independent of the CorelDRAW, and you can install it separately at any time. If you take a texture library, you probably need about 34M of hard disk, not very large, but with it, like a treasure box with a texture, to generate some common texture is very convenient.
This article is divided into two sections, in the first section you will see the process of creating textures using the magic texture (texture Wizard) in Corel Texture. In the final step, we will also use it to test the creation of a variety of commonly used textures. After learning how various props affect the texture, you can find out how to find the texture you need. In the second part, we will continue to learn on the basis of the first part, you will see how to combine CorelDRAW, to add a picture of the texture map, make it vivid.
When I first came into contact with the design, I used to look for textures and buy a lot of material CDs. But after a while, I began to find that no matter how much I was looking for, it was always hard to be satisfied. I believe a lot of people, like me, are confused about several G textures and a table of material CDs: I don't know what these textures can do. It's strange, isn't it? Why do we collect all kinds of textures that are almost to be thought of, and when they are used, there is no consensus? Haven't we collected enough? Corel texture a good solution to the problem. It can bring out almost all the textures you can think of in your head. By controlling several options, you can visually see the changes that occur on the texture, creating a variety of textures simply and efficiently, so you can create an exact texture effect for your work. In the process, you also usually get a lot of happiness. (Anyway, it's always better to be discouraged than you spend one hours looking for pictures that may not even exist.) )
1. Now we're going to start learning how to use Corel texture. Open the program, click the New button, the screen will appear "Start new texture" dialog box. Here are three items: a blank texture, a preset texture, and a magic texture. They work the same way, but start with a slight difference. We start with the magic texture, and the program will guide us step-by-step. (Figure 01)
2. Select Texture Wizard, click New, appear welcome interface, click Continue. (Figure 02)
3. This step is to set the size and resolution for your texture image. In this case, we want to create a background for a business card. Here, we use the default screen resolution of 72dpi (this is to speed up the image processing, resolution we will change in the future process). In the texture width and length margin, enter 724 and 424, respectively, in the 200dpi of the resolution for printing, the image size will be 3.62*2.12 inches, the width of the extra 0.12 inches is to prevent printing bleeding may occur after some of the cutting errors. After entering the number, click New button. (Figure 03)
4. What appears on the screen now is the selection of the Texture Type dialog box you want to create. Here, you can choose marble, wood, granite, cloud four kinds of common texture or logo. We choose wood and continue. (Figure 04)
