Delete A virus folder in Windows 7

Q: My Windows 7 System has a trojan. It generates a "System Volume Information" folder in each disk. The folder is empty and contains nothing, I used the 360 first aid kit and Jinshan first aid kit to clear Trojans, but this folder cannot be deleted. What should I do now?
A: The "System Volume Information" folder is a hidden System folder. The "System Restore" tool uses this folder to store its Information and restore points. Each partition has this folder, storing the restored backup information. It is not a virus folder, but many viruses like to stay here.
After the system is restored, delete the folder as follows: Enter "gpedit" in "Start> Run. msc, start the Group Policy Editor, expand "Computer Configuration> management template> system> System Restore", find "Disable System Restore" on the right, and double-click it to "enable ".
Expand "Computer Configuration> management template> Windows Components> Windows Installer". On the right side, there is a "Disable create System Restore checkpoint" and double-click it to "enable ", then, use the "cacls" command (cacls "c: System Volume Information"/g everyone: f) to grant the current user full control permissions and then delete the "System Volume Information" folder.
